¡Hola!
I'm a Product Designer based in Barcelona. Currently working at Ada Health where I help design products to improve human health.
My previous experience includes companies such as Fjord, Telefónica or Koa Health where I worked in different fields like innovation and mental health.
My current focus is on designing products to help people understand, manage, and get care for their symptoms with trusted medical expertise.
My process
Every project requires its own approach. Generally, these are the steps I try to follow:
🎯 Problem definition
It all starts by understanding the problem, its causes and consequences. I try to ask the right questions to the right people, collect all points of view and frame the approach we’ll be taking.
I also find great value in finding out how others have solved similar problems.
🎨 Exploration phase
Once the problem is defined and scoped, I explore different ways to solve it. I always try to create a variety of options with different levels of innovation and difficulty.
When possible, I use this phase to focus on the user and have fun, leaving the technical implications for later.
🧪 Test & iterate
I then proceed to test all options accordingly (whether if it’s with usability testing, qualitative interviews, A/B testing...) and try to learn as much about how good the proposed solutions are and how they are perceived. If needed, I go back to the exploration phase again.
👷♀️ Get ready to build
At this point, I’ve made sure everyone involved (engineers, PMs and other team members) are aware of what has been done and agree with it. Now it’s time to look at the technical part, specify, refine, map and follow up the implementation with a close collaboration with the team.
